Fitness & Health PIllar

Mental, emotional and spiritual health are so crucial. Yet, taking care of our heart, spirit, mind and body is easily buried under the family we tend to, a job to be accountable to, a laundry list of to-do's, media trends to keep up with and a world to save. What many fail to see is that if we don't take care of ourselves, we won't be available and effective in the things we are called to do and be who were made to be. Finances were the least of my worries. Or so I thought! Being the daughter of an account to the president of Dominican Republic (among other things), I figured I was a smooth sailor! I thought I learned the tricks from watching my dad manage money, only to find myself in a pile of unnecessary debt and life pressures.
