Mental, emotional and spiritual health are so crucial. Yet, taking care of our heart, spirit, mind and body is easily buried under the family we tend to, a job to be accountable to, a laundry list of to-do's, media trends to keep up with and a world to save. What many fail to see is that if we don't take care of ourselves, we won't be available and effective in the things we are called to do and be who were made to be.
